Tamituのフルーツコンフィ

ジャムでも、コンポートでもない。
旬の果実をもっと自由に、
暮らしに寄り添うためのTamitu流のコンフィチュール。
甘さを重ねるためではなく、旬の果実を料理のように楽しむように、果実とはちみつで仕立てたフルーティーなソースを合わせました。チーズとワインに合わせるアペタイザーのように、またソース部分は炭酸で割って果肉感のあるドリンクとしてもお楽しみいただけます。

Shiso×イエロートマト×河内晩柑

Shisoフルーツコンフィにあわせたのは、繊細がゆえに日常ではなかなか出会えないイエロートマトと、和製グレープフルーツと呼ばれる河内晩柑。イエロートマトのしっかりとした果肉感と甘み。河内晩柑の苦味が少なく爽やかな酸味。そこにHerbal Honey Shisoの風味が重なり、初夏らしい透明感のあるコンフィチュールに仕上がりました。はちみつと旬の果実、自然の恵みが重なり合う初夏だけの風味をお楽しみください。
