Pure honey extracted from the damask rose, which has been loved and known as the Queen, is mixed with various herbs and spices, mainly rose damask, which is famous as a symbol of beauty. We aimed to create honey that is healthy, beautiful, and brightens up your daily life.

イタリアの陽ざしをたっぷり浴びた
レモンの純粋はちみつ

純粋はちみつは、イタリア・シチリア島の陽ざしをたっぷりと浴びて育ったレモンのお花から採れたはちみつを使用。晴れやかな土地の恵みをそのまま映したようなレモンはちみつはとても純度が高く、みずみずしいレモン果実そのもののような味わいが特徴です。レモンの皮を彷彿させるほのかな渋みが全体を引き締め、奥行きのある風味へと導きます。

深い余韻が広がるハーブとスパイス

ハーブとスパイスは、さわやかな青紫蘇をメインに、エルダーフラワー、緑茶、ジュニパーベリー、レモンピール、レモンバームを調合。緑茶やレモンバームなどが織りなす深い風味のなかに、エルダーフラワーやレモンの明るさを重ねることで、初夏の空気をたっぷりと吸い込んだような深みのあるはちみつに仕上げました。

［のむ］
日差しを感じる日には、ソーダ割りがおすすめ。 Shiso(1)：ソーダ(5)で割って、リフレッシュドリンクとしてお楽しみください。

［和える］
柑橘類や旬の野菜にかけて、さっぱりと身体を整える一皿に。オリーブオイル、ビネガーと合わせてマリネやドレッシングとしてもお楽しみいただけます。

This product contains herbs and spices. If you have any concerns, please consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight even while in use. Storing in the refrigerator may cause crystallization.
Due to air pressure inside the bottle, the cap may tighten during use, making it difficult to open. When tightening the cap, we would appreciate it if you could close it gently so that the bottle does not come off.
The cap is made of natural wood. There may be individual differences in patterns and spots, but this does not affect the quality.
