ボンボンショコラ。000、618、512、209、そして今年は「814」が
新たに加わり5種類がひと箱に。チョコレートとHerbal Honeyの食感の
コントラスト。カカオの芳醇な香りと素材を生かしたガナッシュ。
ボンボンショコラで世界一に輝いたパティシエ大塚陽介の作り出す、

512の香りとマルドンシーソルトの大粒の塩味が
アクセントのキャラメルガナッシュ。

［209×プラリネノワゼット］
209と命の種子であるナッツの力強さを
掛け合わせたチョコレート。

［814×ジンジャーオレンジ］
814に生姜とオレンジガナッシュを配合した、
喉を通り抜ける清涼感と温かな刺激が共存する一粒。
